An Ending and a Beginning

How do we plan and execute in “Economy 2.0” – you know, the economy without endless, effortless expansion? Economy 2.0 isn’t smooth. It’s more like a bad case of hiccups. Hiccups are uncomfortable and so is this economic environment BUT we can apply the remedy of strategic business planning to get us out of survival mode.

We’ve been surviving for four years now and I don’t know about you but I’m tired of battening down the hatches against the storm. I want to actually go somewhere where the sun is shining. I want to grow my business!

Capital resources are still constrained (tried to get a business loan lately?) so we have to make sure our money is working hard on the right things. Study your 2010 and 2011 financials. Look at your customer base. Set your goal and ask yourself what resources do you need to move beyond survival to growth mode.

To get your 2012 started I’m offering my Business Bunny Hill seminar on January 20th. BBH is a half-day crash course in the fundamentals. By the end you will have the principals of business planning and the tools to create a simple, effective plan. I’m serving a light breakfast so our brains will power for a fun, creative and productive morning.

I’m offering a $100 discount to motivate you to sign up early. To register go to:
