“I have one,” I said, “Who keeps writing 40 page business plans.”

The flood gates opened.  “I don’t know how many times I have to say it.” He said.

The days of large spreadsheets and reams of paper are long, long gone.  Be targeted, razor sharp  but most of all, brief.  What’s the problem you’re trying to solve? What’s it going to take to achieve success?  Who’s going to solve it?  How much money is it going to take?

Know the answers to those four questions and you will be successful whether you’re self funding or seeking outside investors.

Join me September 21 and September 28 for my strategic planning series Business Bunny Hill and Black Diamond Run.  Business Bunny Hill gives you the tools to do a simple business plan.  Black Diamond Run is an executive round table retreat designed to take a deep dive into the numbers.  At the end you will have an executable plan.  Go to http://snowconsultingcfo.eventbee.com/boxoffice to register.
